Gaining financial support for an activity
Step 1:
Prior approval is needed for an activity that London West Aimhigher is supporting financially.
To gain support, an activity must satisfy at least one of the criteria listed in the document you may view by clicking this link.
To gain support for an activity, you should complete the 'activity notification form'.
We would like you to complete the form online, by clicking the Activity Notification button at the top of the left menu bar, or by clicking here.
Applications made online will be processed quickly and an answer given to you within 5 working days on whether or not the activity will be funded.
You will receive a copy of the form you complete electronically via your e-mail address. This e-mail will therefore be your evidence of posting.
Alternatively, you may print out a copy of the form, by clicking here, which may be completed long-hand and then posted at Walpole House.
Please note that forms received electronically will be processed before forms received through the post.
Step 2:
The form, once received at the Aimhigher office, will be reviewed and you will be advised on the success of your application. If your application is successful, you will be given a purchase order number. This will enable you to claim funding after the event has been delivered.
